The Quest:

Engaging and empowering social innovation with tools, and practices for collaboration, participatory governance, and unity in healthy communities, organizations, and governments. 

Many teachers and leaders have had the same message - the ends must match the means, we can't solve problems from the same way of thinking that created the problems. 

The way we organize, run meetings, communicate, make decisions, must fit with what we aim to do. I offer tools and techniques to ensure our 'what' and our 'how' mutually reinforce each other.

There are two approaches - Process Design and Facilitation, Social Innovation for Social Change.
